SelfHypnosisCloud provides digital audio products that are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable European Union consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may end once delivery of the digital content begins, provided that the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once delivery begins.

When purchasing downloadable digital content from SelfHypnosisCloud, you may therefore be asked during checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins.

Before Download or Access Begins

Where the digital content has not yet been supplied or made available and the statutory right of withdrawal still applies, you may exercise that right within the applicable withdrawal period.

Faulty or Inaccessible Digital Content

If a purchased audio file is defective, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. We will review duplicate purchase requests individually.
